SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE

It’s the first day of September and what better way to say goodbye to Summer than with a little challenge. The rules are simple;

  • Eat clean
    Workout AT LEAST three times a week
    Stay motivated & don’t give up! 

I will be posting my workouts and what I’m eating here on the ol blog so you can either follow along or share yours in the comment sections below. I will be posting lots of pictures on my pumpupapp account @jodikayedwards so you can search PumpUp in the app store and follow along that way as well! This is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart healthy eating  because there should be no going back after this! It’s not a diet and I really believe that in just a few short weeks you can change your mindset and kickstart a new healthy lifestyle. If you already have a good routine going this is the perfect time to share with others what has worked for you in the past and to get new ideas! We’re only moving forward from here!
