Life has been so hectic lately! So many changes. I went to Milwaukee Fashion Week a few weeks ago and it was so much fun! The clothing, texture, lighting, everything was so beautiful. I had a few favorite designers, it’s rare that when I attend a fashion show that I can picture myself any of the outfits, but this time that wasn’t the case.

Ever since moving out here I became a little bit disconnected from the blogging world, hence my lack of entrepreneur emails. I was focusing on my acting career (still am!) and a few other things, but I lost a lot of my connections so it was nice to meet up with a few other bloggers in the area and attend a fun event and get re-inspired. I was planning on editing a vlog for this event to put in this blog post. I have SOOOOOO much footage for my YouTube channel that I have yet to edit.

My friend Kurt was walking (top pic) you can find his Instagram here. It was nice to catch up with him between shows. I’m always so happy to support my fellow model/actors. There’s just something about being around people who have the same goals and aspirations as you do, this could be a fellow student, volunteer, actor/actress or corporate climber. Either way, I’ve been watching how people light up when they talk about something that they love and it’s so inspiring. The path to success isn’t always a direct one, but the ups and downs of the the journey is enjoyable in itself.

I hope whatever it is that you are working on or working towards isn’t filled with chaos and stress but even if it is, find the moments that you enjoy, remember why you started and never give up! What lights you up?
