The power of a thought is something we underestimate all too often. It’s so magical what happens when we learn to release the magic inside us and shine our light on others. One simple thought has the ability to make your whole day great, or the opposite. I find that the more I can master my thoughts and emotions, the more good days I have.
It’s not something that comes easy, much like anything else it takes practice. Even then practice doesn’t make perfect but it sure makes you better than you were before. There is a lot of inner work to be done in order to achieve balance and healing. Think about all the negative thoughts and vibrations we come across or encounter on a daily basis, day after day, year after year.
