Today marks my first blog post for 2016 and I couldn’t be any more thankful that Lifestyle Finesse has made it through another year! I was taking some time off to reflect, make a few changes to myself and the blog of course (which I like to do often) but this was one of the first times in a while where I felt like I had lost a bit of direction. I wanted to start the year off feeling refreshed which meant letting go of some of my old ways and working on finding something new, something better that really resonated with me and the person I’ve become. I’ve been learning to embrace change a lot more lately and because of that I had an amazing year. 2015 was filled with so many great new opportunities, I met so many great people, re kindled old friendships started a few new. I learned to surround myself with people who had the same type of positive energy that I did. Through that I was able to grow and become this person that I never thought I would be able to become so many years ago.
Life has a funny way of showing us the good, the bad and the ugly, but only through growing are we able to learn from and appreciate all of those moments, because just in those 365 days I was able to…
“Years end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us. Cheers to a New Year and another chance for us to get it right”- Oprah Winfrey
Thank you again for your continued support on all of my social media, none of this would have become a reality without any of you!
