Life does get a little messy sometimes and it’s not always picture perfect. It’s important to remember that what we’re seeing on social media is just a snapshot into someone else’s life. People like to focus on the good bits of their life, with good reason! The last thing I want to do is post a picture with tears running down my face. However just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. I like to focus on the good and document happy memories. Just remember that when you find yourself comparing your life to someone else’s Instagram or Facebook post, I promise you will become happier once you start living in your moment and not someone else’s.
