“There comes a time when you have to choose between turning the page, and closing the book”

Have you ever been faced with a hard decision, one that makes your stomach churn just thinking about it? I was faced with one of those moments a few days ago. Although it was hard, I really think it will be for the better. I’ve just been getting by and turning the page on this matter for so long that I think it was finally time to just end that chapter and close the book.

I’ve learned that not all ends have to be permanent but they can definitely be an end for right now. You can always open it up later on but finally making up my mind and coming to the final decision that I did feels good. My soul feels a little lighter actually and although I get a little sad thinking about it from time to time I wanted to share this important message with someone who might be in the same predicament I’ve been in for so many years. It’s okay to have your best interest in mind from time to time and it’s okay to end something if it’s no longer good for your soul.

I feel a peace I haven’t felt in a long time, I hope you can too.
