ALIVE

“Go where you feel most alive.”

Sometimes life gets in the way and we forget to do the things that make us feel happy, rejuvenated and alive. I too am guilty of this from time to time but what helps is sticking to a routine. Most days I am able to do this. I wake up a little before 6am so I can sip on a beverage before beginning my workout (tea, water, smoothie etc), stretch, shower, make breakfast and start my day! I like to pursue one of my passions daily so finding time to be a little creative each day is important for me. Whether that’s dancing, creating content for this blog or my Youtube channel, playing piano, singing or painting, those small little actions are what makes me happy and my day feels off without it. So I challenge you to go where you feel most alive.

  1. Loving everything about that sweater! Such a pretty colour on you. I’m guilty of not taking time out for myself lately, this is a great reminder to do this.

  2. I totally agree, especially as its getting colder and the feeling to get up and GO may dwindle, its v. impt to do what keeps us alive, I’ll check out your YouTube channel, have a good wkend ( :

  3. I love that lace-up sweater on you! I’m a huge fan of neutrals and it looks very cozy as well. I totally agree that it is important to make time to do things that make you feel “alive.” For me, I’ve realized that working out is a huge part of it and have been trying to make more of an effort to fit it into my day.

    • Love the feedback thanks so much Helen! I find that since I’m a morning person I’m more likely to get a workout done in the morning instead of the afternoon.
